About Me
I escaped the city life in 2001 at which time a dream became reality, and I moved to the charming mountain/lakeside town of Sandpoint, Idaho. I had no idea until it happened, that it was a life I had previously daydreamed about from my cubicle in downtown Seattle. As if the seas parted way for me, one thing immediately led to another which landed me here in Sandpoint, handling the marketing and pr at Schweitzer Mountain Resort. All of a sudden, I looked up, and I had a ski rack on the wall in my office. For lunch, I would go out and “test the product”. In the summer, I’d pop out and go for a trail run.
Now, I have my own public relations business, I met and married Patrick, and we have two awesome dogs, which is about as close as I swore I’d ever let myself to having kids, but alas, that was not to be. Life had something else in mind. I have a wonderful stepdaughter, and she graced me with a grandson on my 42nd birthday. Needless to say, life is an adventure, and I never get tired of marveling at it.
Except I’m having a heck of a time fitting it all into a day.
